Wild Theorists are called researchers
one explosion may as well be another
in polite society

Everyone's bored with Los Alamos

Still, the secret found: the bigger
the boom, the better the hidden remains
Outcry over there, come blind here

Overlook and mute underclass, dark but glowing

Who, to pass all
the time until the new
bomb, sing Vogel chorus:

"Ball of fire mushroom
out at 18,000 feet in
typical Port Chicago fashion"

Coverup and listen, sing again, once half lived dead
